Ah, maybe that's already fixed in 5f7d9b1 (and 62edf62)
Yes, it should be fixed by 5f7d9b1. I do want to look at it a little more before I release 3.021, as I can't figure out why a built-in Perl function such as shift
would be mistaken for a library method. Have you ever seen such a thing? Is this Debian release built from GitHub, and not the CPAN 3.020 release?

Nope, I was confused as well.

No, we're taking the tarball from the CPAN, I was just looking through your Github repo to check if it might be fixed.

Last night it occurred to me (yes, I have strange dreams and nightmares) that it might have something to do with going from nowarnings LIST;
to use warnings;
, but that was after the 3.020 release. That code's been around for a while, so I'm puzzled as to why this just popped up. BTW, I expect to have 3.021 out (including this fix) before New Years.

That sounds great, feel free to ping me for a test on a Debian system and an upload if I don't see the release to the CPAN.

I just sent 3.021 to CPAN. It should be available soon.

Thanks. I took the tarball from the CPAN, and the tests indeed pass in a Debian environment.

We have the following bug reported to the Debian package of PDF-Builder, c.f. https://bugs.debian.org/978331
It doesn't seem to be a bug in the packaging, so you may want to take a look. Thanks!
This test failure is quite new; it might be related to the recent upgrade of Image::PNG::Libpng to 0.56.
