Ref: (already closed) [RT 98544] - enhancements to linedash() method

Code was not changed, but POD was improved in 3.001 to show the use of a hash array and more than one dash/gap length pair.

Ref: (already closed) [RT 98551] - add additional standard paper sizes, plus "universal"

Additional paper sizes were put back in for 3.001, including "universal" (prints well on both A4 and US Letter paper). Version 2 maintainer had only added the corrections for 2/4A0 and 2/4B0 sizes.
