refactor: remove incorrect websites

this PR:

• changes one github user's name since they changed their name
• updates barbarbar338.fly.dev to 338.rocks since that website was telling us to move to that domain
• removes every inaccessible website (default nginx pages, vercel not found errors etc.)
• removes the ones which dont use lanyard anymore (i checked through devtools network console and made sure they dont use lanyard in any of their pages, they can always add their website back)

these changes are made mainly because now lanyard-web scrapes this repo's readme to fetch projects and websites and there were tons that needed reviewing :>
