Valid date format for finances not recognised as correct. #3

Team's Response

The error message and User Guide have stated that dates should be of format "DD-MM-YYYY", the reason why this command was not accepted was because the date was in the format "DD/MM/YYYY". So this isn't a bug but rather an error on the tester's part.
