Change the color of the button outline on mobile #117

Description

Buttons get a yellow outline (on Android + Chrome) after they are tapped. I believe this is for their :active state. This color can be jarring and does not match the rest of the theme. It should be changed to a color that fits the current color scheme, but not removed (see http://outlinenone.com/).
