Bring Strapi up to date.

[x] Migration guide from 3.2.3 to 3.2.4.
[x] Migration guide from 3.2.5 to 3.3.0.
[x] Migration guide from 3.3.x to 3.4.0.
[x] Migration guide from 3.4.x to 3.4.4. - requires tiny database schema update
[x] Migrate from 3.4.4 to 3.6.9
[ ] Migrate MongoDB to SQL
[ ] Migrate from v3 to v4
[ ] Update Strapi guide.
