[Feature Request] Predefined Match Rules #130

Basically everytime we create a match we have to go through all the information again and again for eg. Side_Type , BO1 or BO3 and other settings. Instead of this can we create preset and make them assigned with Season information. This will allow automatically while creating matches to select Rules Preset for eg. BO3 , Veto Standard , Default Map Pool and many more option and save it as Preset 1 which can be selected during Match creation. If we want people to use Manual settings we can show same settings like normal match creation .

Another one I probably won't be looking at here in the long future, as most people who I've had use the webpanel have had zero issue setting up anything, and the current preset is the most used, from what I can see.

@PhlexPlexico the reason why i added this request is because i think if there are multiple tournaments running at the same time and everytime for each and every match we have configure all the matches. With the Seasons tab now included we can just select Match Create Team 1 , Team 2 and select Season and if we use tick box used preset Match Rules it can pick up same rules for the whole Season. IF someone needs to modify the matches rules they can also use manual option if they dont like to use preset saved.

Also will be very helpful for future releases where in case we do Scheduled matches we can use saved preset to go with it also.

As I said, Pull Requests are welcome for this one, as I won't be working on it. Presets are something that I find unnecessary, and find that the admins I entrust with our league very seldom mess up on creating. It takes 15 seconds to create a match and read what needs to be set. If someone were wasting around 5-10 minutes reading through every option to configure a match, then that would be a problem, but I've found from the few leagues that I've handed this out to, it's been zero problems.

Besides, this would be a rather larger change than simply changing some data table filters, and templating, and I personally don't have the capacity/want to do so right now. Same goes with scheduled matches and why it's been backlogged, it's more effort to develop and implement than it's worth at this point, IMO.
