[BUG]get5_apistats fails to load #189

Describe the bug [SM] Failed to load plugin "get5_apistats.smx": Unable to load plugin (no debug string table).

Which Build Release 1.0

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start csgo server
  2. Check console
  3. See error

Expected behavior This is happening for the 1.0 release
