Summary

This pull request adds DevContainer support, compatible with both local Docker environments and GitHub Codespace.

Changes Made

Added DevContainer configuration for Docker and GitHub Codespace.
Included ruby-lsp and standard.rb add-ons.
Updated Ruby version to 3.3.3.

Testing

Verified functionality in both local Docker and GitHub Codespace environments.
