Navbar for links located inside the page do not close the navbar - long page websites on small phones #240

Hello,

when I use the navbar and I have links inside the same page: /#about-me for example, then I would like the navbar to navigate to them and minimize itself. That is what I did. Check it out in the small view of a smartphone: https://kirstinheidler.co.uk

I made it work for me, however - it might be more work to make it work for all. Here is the commit: https://github.com/kirstin/kirstinheidler.co.uk/commit/f95147df93552f2dd4a55818d4b4570414e1b8ae Sorry, that this is not the cleanest commit.

I wanted to inform you to give back to you.. Now that I did that, how do we proceed?

Thanks a lot for this repository. PS: Other jekyll themes have example pages. Would you accept that page as a link for others to see examples?
