Narrow pages and mobile nav seems broken #250

My site has several pull down menus on left. From a computer in a standard width browser, it looks like...

When I narrow the width of the page, I loose access to all pull down menus except Home...

When I descend into the Home menu pulldown, I get...

Which is what I expect and is fine. I just cannot seem to get to any of the other pull downs.

Anyone else having this issue?

Ok, so I found my issue and it was apparently reverted in 8c2917956acb1911ddec6bc2c1a07dc727779ce0 here and I missed correcting it in my repo. Sorry that patch didn't wind up supporting mobile.
