[Minor] complemetary info for desync logs #1253

This is an illustrative idea for writing more info on the desync log txt file. The implementation is not started yet.

This PR is currently not planned to be merged ever and will update constantly.

The idea is to produce a json file for both human readability and the ability to post-process with scripts written in other languages. So far it's not a replacement of ares' SYNC.TXT file, merely a complement, so the io time should be fucked up.
