if 0 - then "0 раз"
if 1 - then "1 раз"
if 2-4 - then "2 раза", "3 раза", "4 раза"
if 5-21 - then again, "5 раз", "6 раз" ... "21 раз"
if 22 - then again, "22 раза"
... and so on.
This solution is intended for the correct substitution of the word depending on the number. Each other language (translation) will put its own word form or universal for all cases. Of course, you can just put one form of the word and not bother, but I came up with such a condition. Perhaps this will be a good solution.
