Pluralization for the form of the words "n times" #12

Hello!

I have previously proposed solution https://github.com/PhocaCz/PhocaDownload/pull/11, which is not very good.
After all, we can do everything a lot easier - using the plural function.

See https://github.com/PhocaCz/PhocaDownload/pull/11 for understanding the form of words in Russian and, for example, Ukrainian.

Testing Instructions

Go to the file, change the value Downloads and make sure that the form of the word "time" changes depending on the number of downloads.
