extract icons from PE files

We have a PEReader and a PEFile. The question is if we want to continue maintaining our own implementation (and add the icon extraction there) or if we use an existing on like:

• PeParser
• PortEx
• pecoff4j (no maven dependency available)

Ideally I would say we should use an existing implementation instead of writing our own
