Add search bar to more pages #56

It would be handy to incorporate full text search from EdgeDB 4 into the search bar. (Edit: see https://github.com/Phoenix-Wing/Reservoir/issues/56#issuecomment-1864491768) I think it would also be good to put the search bar on more pages than just the home page.

After some research, turns out FTS is used more for searching large text documents. I thought it was more related to fuzzy searching, which is why I wanted to include it. Because of this, I'm just going to work on adding the search bar to more places.
