"Convert To Bedrock" Feature is Broken. #31

The feature "Convert To Bedrock" does not work, I haven't looked at the mcpack entirely but in Minecraft it has a blank skin pack which loads forever. I was trying to convert a legacy Minecraft skin pack (.pck) to mcpack.
