Openable relay boxes #28

For the engineering gamemode, it needs to be possible to open the relay boxes under the trains to see and replace relays, as well as to test voltages.

@PhoenixBlack this would require some changes to existing models, and some new models added for the relays.

The models of relay aren't a big issue. They are almost just boxes, and textures of these things exist.
