Gulp, Gulp-less, and Browser Sync #16

Yay! Now we can have a clean merge! Then after everyone has these pieces, they can see the game in multiple browsers.

Remember, if you add css, add it to the appropriate less file in the "includes" folder... and then use gulp serve or gulp less to get the files to create the styles.css file. If you'd like me to explain in more detail, let me know and I'm happy to try and explain! :smile:
