Project Charter #25

Here's a project charter for MathBeast. I haven't managed a software project before, though I do know we want to keep the milestones small preferably completable within a 1-2 week window. I'd like to aim for having all roles filled by the next Meetup on 2/3/16.

I think it a great idea to have a plan. You have a very ambitious timeline! :)
