UX: First math battles needs instructions #8

When starting the first math battle (addition), a screen or modal needs to show instructions such as,

You have to answer N questions correctly.
You're given T seconds to answer a question, otherwise the question is skipped.
Clicking on the wrong answer skips the current question.
You're score is based on the number of questions you answer correctly vs the questions you missed.
