Render main with react

Ive been working on this locally in a different sandbox locale, one thing to note is that when trying to reactify the videos, the streams lagged

I have moved everything into the truffle react-auth boilerplate http://truffleframework.com/boxes/react-auth

I will push changes and progress to a git branch soon (react-truffle) following merging dialer with master.

This change is requiring quite a few extra steps still

• [x] move everything browserify was doing to webpack
• [x] use reactstrap in order to utilize bootstrap components: https://reactstrap.github.io/
• [x] get clean slate of jest working via npm test
• [ ] get contract tests working via 'truffle test'
• [ ] get the webrtc working again. this will require moving peerjs code into an importable module
• [ ] fix getbalance to verify that metamask interactions are working properly
• [x] remove all script and css includes so that simply running npm install/start will work from a clean git pull
• [x] refactor the application into react compatible components with reactstrap so that index.js properly loads the application rather than overloading index.html template with hard code

This also introduces the following capabilites, but requires some additional work

• [x] authentication via smart contract
• [ ] registration/login via smart contract (which we can perhaps overload to just include a lookup reference to the ipfs ipns hash for the PHONEWORD registry when #12 and related are done
