-issue #641 -- make sure we state explicitly that NaN is treated as 0 in total counts -use new functional load and informativity documentations -clarify behaviour of * in searches (issue #642 ) -make sure the transcriptions_and_feature_systems.rst file is pulled in from the bug fixes branch (discusses necessary features for auto-categorization)
