[ENC] Duplicate phonological searches should be blocked #765

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm always frustrated when duplicate searches change the results of existing searches. That is, doing the same search twice doubles the token/type freq counts!

Describe the solution you'd like Prevent the users from doing duplicate phono searches.

This issue is fixed, but see #762
