In creating corpus from a file, the number column should be 'frequency' by default. #784

In many_numeric.txt, there are two numeric columns. If the user creates the corpus out of this file, the 'frequency' column should automatically be read as 'frequency' type. The other numeric column should be 'numeric' annotation type.
