bold/unbold "specify parts" text in Relation module window, if some part(s) have been specified #189

Once hand / arm / leg parts have actually been specified, could the ‘Specify parts’ text on the button in the main Relation module window be bolded (similar to the ‘module notes’ buttons), to give a visual clue that something has in fact been specified?

@kchall there was an older request whose purpose I think was similar to this one-- see issue #185. I think that this approach is cleaner; can I close 185 and leave this one as our chosen approach, or would you like to keep both?

@kvesik Could we have (a) the bolding option as listed here and (b) the hand / leg / arm part selected get added to the relation module tooltip in the summary window? (...which I know hasn't been implemented yet anyway)

I think it's okay if there's not a preview in the relation module itself, as originally suggested by #185.
