Add horizontal lines to movement menu planes tab #222

Issue #221

Added the horizontal lines in the same way as the axis panels by wrapping the options in subgroups. The fields higher up the tree auto-select the same way in both the main branch and the version with the subgroups. A screenshot of the behaviour is left below:

Thanks for the clarification, one question though, in the screenshot in issue #221 for the "Axis" options, it looks like Not relevant is under its own subgroup. Is the difference between the two intended?

EDIT: Never mind I think I was misunderstanding how the horizontal line element gets inserted. I got it working as you described now.
