Introduced a very rudimentary x-slot-counting function via a new "Analysis functions (beta)" menu, as per issue #238 . The GUI is not pretty nor is it terribly robust, but the new function allows the user to count the number of x-slots for each sign in a corpus (or more than one) by specifying:

file format for results (comma- or tab-separated)
whether results should be recorded separately per corpus or all combined
a filename for the combined results, if applicable
