some modules do not appear in sign summary when x-slots are turned off #261

Not all modules appear in sign summary when x-slots (Settings > Preferences > Sign > X-slot generation) are set to "none".

For example, using the ABBREVIATE_ACCIDENTv3 corpus (specifically, 2023_03_14_ABBREVIATE_ACCIDENT_v3_AA_KCH.slpaa), here is the displayed info for ABBREVIATE with x-slots set to manual:

Note that Config1 and Mov1 are not visible in the second screenshot.

See info on which modules are visible (or not) under the "missing modules - issue 261" column of this spreadsheet, the first tab of which was originally referenced in this comment of issue #234.

Just from looking at the list of which modules are visible vs not, it looks like the issue may have something to do with those modules where there is more than one of a certain type, with overlapping hands. For example, if there's a Mov1 and a Mov2, both using both hands, then only Mov2 will show. But if Mov1 used H1 and Mov2 used H2, then we'd see both.
