… and Arm-ipsi options.

I went through the Location/Orientation spreadsheet and double-checked the surfaces and subareas.

The Arm - Contra and Arm - Ipsi options had incorrect surfaces and were missing subareas.
The Between Fingers suboptions were missing surfaces.
