add entryID flexibility/functionality

Enhance entryID functionality/behaviour/format so that:

[x] a user can specify at what value to start the sequential numbering for a corpus's entry IDs
[x] entryID string is made up of a user-specified prefix and suffix surrounding the (optionally displayed) entryID number (with leading zeroes)
