EntryID is now a class instead of just a counter. An EntryID is displayed pulling data on-the-fly from application QSettings and from its parent Sign, to combine various attributes (date, counter, etc) in a user-specific order, with a user-selected delimiter.
We can also set the minimum counter value for a corpus-- either by the user when first creating a blank corpus, or programmatically for instance if merging corpora.
