possible reformat to sign menu? #309

Cf. conversation w/ @kvesik last week -- perhaps one way to re-format the Sign Menu in the main window would be to put the module options (currently separated with a horizontal bar) in a separate column to the right of the information buttons (separated with a vertical bar)...that would make it closer in width to the Corpus List.

Yes! I thought about this while we were chatting, too. I'll do a little test layout and let you know when it's ready for you to check it out.

@kchall please see branch 309 and/or screenshots below for two options (currently the second one is what's active in branch 309). Which do you prefer? I think the second is tidier and a bit easier to parse, but am happy to go either direction.

1) left section has even vertical spacing image

2) left section has buttons aligned to top image

@kvesik Thanks! I agree, I like the second (currently active) one better.

Need to set the default subwindow arrangement (and main window size?) for this new layout.
