Integrate the sample corpus #349

  1. Package sample corpus: include the sample corpus to the program so that it can be used out of the box.
  2. Load sample corpus option: add option to load sample corpus (i) when launching the program and (ii) from the main window.
  3. make sure 1-2 work in the executable
