Add support for webstart #1

Please describe use-case:

Someone writes a roguelike game and wants folks to easily be able to start it 
from a web page.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

This looks well-documented online. It is just a matter of implementing it.

It looks like this was ready with 1.0 when I got the JAR release files ready. I 
need to test these, though.

So there's some minor Maven stuff that needs to be done to make this happen.

It just needs implemented for the examples.

All the core examples work with JNLP.
