reCAPTCHA v1 deprecated #1037

reCAPTCHA seems like to be the only reliable anti-spam system, so it is very good to use this one, also the other captcha mods seems like to not work correctly

But the version v1 of the api is not working anymore, the website renders that is needed to change to v2
