“Hue variation -> Method2/Hue” don’t use user’s color. #275

Describe the bug: “Hue variation -> Method2/Hue” don’t use user’s color.

To Reproduce: Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start the program;
  2. Open an image;
  3. Adjust -> Hue variation -> Method2/Hue;
  4. Click top left corner colored box and choose a color different from the default
  5. Apply this filter.

Expected behavior: Filter should apply user’s color.

@Jpegly - Had a look at this last night. I need a way to convert the colour to degrees for the colour slider. Otherwise this should be quite possible.
