2 Week Shipback Charges #150

Discuss with @stephenbwood whether the 2-week shipback option should be charged at time of order placement, or deferred until time of shipback.

Do we combine jobs into one box if they'll fit, and should we then only be charging for one 2-week shipback at the time of shipment, whether they order online or from the printable order form?

Once decided adjust verbiage on Film Services page if needed

Per convo with Diane & Chad, shipping costs vary depending on how many rolls, whether proof prints are ordered, whether multiple orders are shipping back together, etc. It's best to not add shipback cost to the online order form's total, but rather have a stipulation next to the order total that the shipback costs will be added to the order total when we charge their card.
