• brand it gently?
• change to Reference Images at least
• ColorPac but not lol
• One time Em had toyed with "My Vision" but maybe that's too close to "Maria's Vision" (which we use for Instagram takeovers)

Push harder that they're FREE to upload, to change any time, etc.

Add stock image option (and show it?) i.e. the creamy peachy one (make it an option so they don't think they have to upload one before they send film) this disclaimer needs to go in lots of places (common questions, etc.)

Make it more seamless to go from Create Account to immediately Upload Preferences form, instead of just link (more Em's idea) ?

I like the idea of sending users straight to the Preferences page after creating an account. Another option: Incorporate the Preferences form into the Create Account form, so it's an all-in-one process for new customers?

It sounds like Stephen likes to call it what it is, vs. using a branded term
