Common Questions page

Branding

Push harder that they're FREE to upload, to change any time, etc.

Add stock image option (and show it?) i.e. the creamy peachy one (make it an option so they don't think they have to upload one before they send film) this disclaimer needs to go in lots of places (common questions, etc.)

Make it more seamless to go from Create Account to immediately Upload Preferences form, instead of just link (more Em's idea) ?

Ideas for branding Preferences:

Look Color Impression Color Traits Photographic Voice Photographic Style Photographic Tendency Visual Treatment

I like the idea of sending users straight to the Preferences page after creating an account. Another option: Incorporate the Preferences form into the Create Account form, so it's an all-in-one process for new customers?

Common questions were edited by em with this wording:

Preferences (the overarching term) Reference Images (the particular term for images only) Written Preferences (the optional words people give us to describe their overall ideal image)

It sounds like Stephen likes to call it what it is, vs. using a branded term

Yes I like idea of sending users straight to Preferences after creating account!

what's left:

@digijim need to change "preference images" to "reference images" on all your forms. also, send users straight to preferences after they create an account.
