add rush option on online order form #220

Policy is

April 1 – December 10

Time of Request 1 Business Day Turnaround 2 Business Day Turnaround 3 Business Day Turnaround
Before Film Arrives in Lab N/A Add 100% to order Add 50% to order
After Film Arrives in Lab N/A Add 100% to order Add 100% to order

December 11 – March 31

Em + Ash's ideas for form:

Based on if they access the form between April 1 and December 10 (PST) have the above options show up. And if they access the form between Dec 11-march 31 (PST) take the options away.

Between Apr. 1 and Dec. 10, rush options appear. Otherwise, our "During this period, our service time is typically 1-2 business days. If this does not meet your urgent time frame..." verbiage appears.
