Add Frontier + Noritsu to Preferences

Okay, we know that some of our photographers know exactly what they want. And we don't want the to worry that their film is being scanned on the "wrong" scanner.

This will be an easy way to keep track of which photographer prefers which scanner, so that if they forget to mark it on their order form, we've got them covered.

Also giving user a third option (and making it the default selected option): "Either" That way they aren't forced to choose one scanner over the other.
