change my-vision to preferences #39

-change all links with 'my-vision' to 'preferences' -rename all 'my-vision' files to 'preferences' -update preferences-thanks heading + text -change references in CSS from 'my-vision' to 'preferences -change links/text that say 'Submit Preference Images' to 'Submit Preferences'
