Center tables
Reduce text size of "*Additional per roll" under "Develop Only"
Increase text size of "Scan Cut Negatives" to match "Scan Resolutions" (attempted to in MD)
Reduce text size and Italicize of "All scan resolutions are approximate. Slight variations are normal." Add *

We corrected these in our "pow wow" Friday with the exception of the notations. Site wide notations should have * and be italicized.

"*Additional per roll" is now italicized :)
