Why we need to detect this?

Because its can give a small advantage, with clicker ~30 cps i can do breezily, moonwalk, godbridge.

How do it works?

I suggest you to add a player rcps consistency check.

I think it should be main anticheat function, but how i see, only matrix do this check, but only max cps :(

There is a reason why few anticheats check for this: Lag and TPS are very influential for such checks and you will have lots of people complain that they can do 30+ CPS constantly with their super click techniques. In other words, it is quite unreliable and not that helpful in the grand scheme of things.
