Hi, I'm using phconvert on Becker and Hickl .spc files and am having trouble finding the marker information on scanning microscope frame, line and pixel clocks in the output dictionaries.

Are these markers present in the Photon-HDF5 format?

Unfortunately, as of the present version the photon-HDF5 format spec does not support scanning markers/location information.
