detectors_specs donor and acceptor type #3

The detectors_specs donor and acceptor are currently saved from boolean values for the multispot. This results in a bitfield type in the HDF5 file.

Would be better to specify in the document (and enforce) that donor and acceptor should be unsigned integers (uint8 or bigger).

The document already states (array of integers) for donor and acceptor so this issue can be closed.
