Peachy should only have Curexa mail order available

Did some investigation on Peachy prod, tried every order creation path w/ ~20 patients, also opened order using mentioned patient, nothing but mail order surfacing.

• throttling cpu and slow 3G network
• blocking requests to api.photon.health/graphql
