Update HITL Simulation #317

Updates HITL sim page as a desktop's IP address can now be simply used in PhotonVision.

Is there any usecase for PhotonVision as a NT server I'm forgetting?

My only comment is that you might consider rewording to make more explicit that you should take the IP of the thing running the simulated robot and type it into the Team Number box
