Picam gain doesn't update when switching resolution #304

This should have been addressed recently. Needs testing

I am still seeing this issue in 2022.1.3 I also see the gain go back to default when switching to the "Camera" tab and back even though the slider retains the correct value.

Is this still relevant? Gain was redone with the AWB split
