New release

I just synced my files to github branch Slicer-v2. Some notes:

• The 3d viewer is a previewer and renders 8x8x8 areas as 1 voxel (for speed and memory consumption)
• The slicer is very slow and has bugs on floodfill inner parts (should we port this to java(script) and call as plugin?)
• Gyroid infill plugin is not yet functioning, I am awaiting a new infill version which accepts command line parameters
• OpenCV and SciPy are new libraries needed
